The Operations Manager along with the Chief Executive Officer forms the leadership team of the Central Queensland Local Government Association (CQLGA). Michelle's role ensures the operational functions of CQLGA are run effectively and efficiently so as to support the association’s achievement of its strategic objectives.

Trudy is responsible for coordinating the physical and administrative environment for effective and smooth operations of the office.

Vikki is a CPA and fulfils the role of Accountant on a part time basis. She is responsible for the financial aspects of the organisation.
Qualifications: Bachelor of Business (Accounting), Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA)
Nina is a part time employee. Her role leads the implementation of the EarthSmart Schools education program that fosters positive behavioural change to reduce waste to landfill within Central Queensland schools.
Nina's position is funded by BMA as part of the EarthSmart Schools program.
Kirsty is a part time employee. Her role assists in implementing the EarthSmart Schools education program that fosters positive behavioural change to reduce waste to landfill within Central Queensland schools.

Dory is a full time employee. She is responsible for delivering the 'towardZero - reducing waste at work program'. This program is funded through the Australian Packaging Covenant to support small and medium size businesses to uncover opportunities to enhance efficiency and save money by improving recycling and waste management in the workplace.
Qualifications: Certificate IV Training & Assessment, Bachelor of Education & Training, Diploma of Teaching, Postgraduate Cert of Education - Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages
Karan is responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to the organisation.
