CQLGA Management Committee

The CQLGA Management Committee oversees the business and affairs of the Association.  Each member council is represented equally on the CQLGA Management Committee by two  councillors, nominated by their councils.

This committee is in essence, a ‘board of directors’ that meets every two months to guide the strategic direction of the CQLGA.  Representatives on this committee are the vital link between councils and the association. 

To ensure the CQLGA is working towards goals that are important to our member councils, it is essential that committee members are able to think strategically for the region, while representing their council’s interests.
