Public Place Recycling

The Public Place Recycling Program is aimed at introducing recycling to nominated public events across the CQ region whilst promoting the education and awareness of public place recycling benefits. 

The program is managed by the CQLGA and is jointly funded by the Department of Environment and Resource Management (DERM) and the Australian Packaging Covenant (APC).
